Tips for successful returns
To ensure that we can process your return quickly and smoothly, please note the following points:
- The packaging must be unopened and undamaged.
- If the packaging is defective or missing, you will receive a maximum of 80% of the value of the goods for Optec devices.
- Returns must be made within 6 months of ordering.
- Products whose settings can only be reset by the manufacturer will be charged at CHF 280 per device.
- Devices that have been specially manufactured to order, are used, or are defective are excluded from return.
